I went to Bijan on Sunday night.

Anyway.. Back to Bijan.
Bijan is one of the few restaurants that serve malay cuisine with wine (fine dining)
It’s a very nature-like place. In a city.. Downtown some more.
White Hibiscus.
Soursop, Lemongrass and yadda. Very nice!
Pulut Kunyit with Tuna

Durian Tempoyak
Pucuk Paku with Tahi Minyak and Prawns.
Tahi Minyak sound SO …
Strawberry blended with fresh milk
Pandan Pudding with gula melaka
I like this a lot.
Chocolate Durian Cake.
You must be wondering.. Do they mix???!
But yeah. It does. It doesn’t clash too.
