The Lovely Dinner.

Cooked with my mum tonight. Though it was really rushing and all.. The dinner was fantastic! 
Grilled Prawns with Lemongrass
A little too salty for my taste.. But, its great.. BIG PRAWNS..
Tempeh with Snowpeas, without the peas but replaced with lettuce.
Rice Noodle with chicken and sweet chilli dressing.
Very simple and simple fabulous. Sour-ish taste.. Jelly-like noodle, nuts, not-so-cooked- egg. I LOVE IT.
