With everything nice.

Saturday was such a tiring day for me. I woke up and did add maths today. WOW. What spirit I had that day.. Anyway, at about 11am, me and my mum went to her office to have a little snack at the Raya celebration party. Much later, we went to Nikko Hotel for lunch today and I met Sue-Ann. By the way, for those who wants to watch Pn Chan’s Farewell Party performances, they’re at the end of this post. (:

My mum told me that only the bottom layer of the cake is real.. I got cheated all these years!!
They had about 3 wedding cakes around.. Some had beautiful roses on them, with a few fake butterflies.
And I thought yellow roses are for sick grandmothers at hospitals??
Well, after the bridal fair fashion show, me and mum were off to Great Eastern Mall to take a look at the 3rd chocolate cake competition.
Rawrr.. I eat you!

Right after the interview, mum and me went to Equatorial Hotel for a Shao Xing Wine dinner

This is simply gorgeous. The crab claws are crispy and the meat is sweet!
Seafood dumplings with green porcelain Shaoxing Hua Tiao (10 year old wine)
Looks like a brain…. Honest. But it taste wonderful. Add a little wine into it and it taste remarkable.
Prawns with kit mei sauce with smooth sailing Shaoxing Hua Tiao (15 year old wine)
Oh my goodness. Heaven! AHHHHHHH! It’s a sweet-ish sauce. The prawns are fresh and I love the mushrooms!
Shanghai pork ribs with National Banquet Shaoxing Hua Tiao (8 year old wine)
As good as how your steak taste.
Steamed cod fish with fresh lily bulbs and kei chee with National Banquet Shaoxing Hua Tiao (15 year old wine)
Fresh fresh fresh! Have you eaten a fresh steamed cod fish with only soy sauce? It’s way better than covering it with a million sauces.
Deep Fried Onion Dumplings (with Dijutang Shaoxing Hua Tiao (8 year old wine)
Dessert. I didn’t really like it. It’s fried.. /:

Last Saturday night, we had a little gathering at One World Hotel. Buffet dinner hosted by Christopher Goh. (: Happy Belated Birthday.
Food wasn’t exactly great there.. But not bad. We had a great time though. Why? Because we took lots of photos and shared so much laughter.
